- Open Rocky-0.9.7.dmg and drag Rocky into Applications. If replacing an older copy, quit Rocky first.
- Launch Rocky from Applications and sign in with Google or an email code.
- Follow the welcome tour to choose Rocky Cloud or Your ChatGPT and enable permissions for the features you want to use.

What's new in 0.9.7
- Quicker first replies. With a Rocky Cloud voice, the first answer after a few quiet minutes starts speaking sooner.
Already have Rocky? Right-click its menu-bar icon and choose Check for Updates…. Rocky also checks for updates automatically.
Private by design. Spoken and typed requests can use screen context when they need it and you have enabled it. Protected-app filtering happens on your Mac. Turn on Review captures in Settings → Privacy to inspect images before sharing them. Details in the privacy policy.
