Components in the app
Rocky bundles the following third-party runtimes and models. The
complete license text for each one ships inside the Rocky application
bundle under Contents/Resources, and every component is
also listed in the full
third-party notices.
- OpenAI Codex — Apache License 2.0, including code derived from Ratatui (MIT)
- Electron and its bundled Chromium runtime — MIT, with Chromium's own third-party acknowledgements
- agent-browser — Apache License 2.0
- axe-core — Mozilla Public License 2.0
- Cohere Transcribe (
transcribe.cpp) — see the bundled license text - Pocket TTS — MIT License
- FluidAudio, which provides the Parakeet speech models — Apache License 2.0
- Sparkle — permissive open-source licenses

This website
rocky.so serves two open-source typefaces from its own domain rather than from a third-party font host. Both are licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
