Components in the app

Rocky bundles the following third-party runtimes and models. The complete license text for each one ships inside the Rocky application bundle under Contents/Resources, and every component is also listed in the full third-party notices.

• OpenAI Codex — Apache License 2.0, including code derived from Ratatui (MIT)
• Electron and its bundled Chromium runtime — MIT, with Chromium's own third-party acknowledgements
• agent-browser — Apache License 2.0
• axe-core — Mozilla Public License 2.0
• Cohere Transcribe (transcribe.cpp) — see the bundled license text
• Pocket TTS — MIT License
• FluidAudio, which provides the Parakeet speech models — Apache License 2.0
• Sparkle — permissive open-source licenses

Rocky's engine additionally links 348 open-source Rust crates, each named with its version and license in the third-party notices.

This website

rocky.so serves two open-source typefaces from its own domain rather than from a third-party font host. Both are licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
